Spacious apartment in the heart of Kreuzberg

The apartment is 85 m² and located right in the center of Kreuzberg's "Gräfekiez". It has a spacious bedroom with a proper work setup — height-adjustable desk, large screen, gaming chair and fast internet. The living room connects directly to the bedroom and opens onto a south-facing balcony, where you can see the TV tower in the distance and the canal just around the corner. The balcony gets a lot of sun and has an awning for shade. There’s a large kitchen with plenty of space for cooking, a big fridge and a dining table, plus a bathroom with both bathtub and shower. The furniture is simple but comfortable: a big bed, a corner sofa, and everything you need for everyday living. The street is quiet and lined with trees, with a green strip in the middle, but around the corner you’re in the middle of Kreuzberg’s cafés, bars and restaurants. I renovated the apartment myself about a year and a half ago, and have tried to keep it practical, bright and welcoming. ⸻
