Beautiful, clean and extremely quiet 2-room apartment with a lovely balcony and a beautiful courtyard! It’s filled with plants, books, art, and meaningful objects that hold personal significance. Located in the heart of Berlin’s sought-after Prenzlauer Berg neighborhood, close to the lovely Helmholz Platz & Kollwitz Platz neighbourhoods. The apartment is in a well-maintained building with an elevator, and offers excellent public transport connections (station: S Prenzlauer Allee) just outside the door; 11 minutes by tram will get you to Alexanderplatz, for example. at least 5 Supermarkets (including an organic one!) within 4 min walk; Cafes, restaurants, cute little shops, weekend market - all withing walking distance. Ideal for singles or couples looking to enjoy a peaceful yet central stay in Berlin. While I do love small children and animals, my home is not suitable for them, and I kindly ask for no smoking.
