Comfortable, clean, quiet 425 square feet (42 m2) studio on the 3rd floor in a modern elevator apartment building in the middle of the East Village close to all the restos, cafes, bars etc. I like minimalist design but apartment has most amenities incl. dishwasher, kettle, toaster, microwave, cutlery etc.
Various public gardens with cultural programming nearby. Iconic Tompkins Square Park with farmers market is 2 blocks away. The entire city is very well connected to this neighborhood. Closest subway is a 15min walk. Bus stops 1 block away, 4 CitiBike stations within 1 block radius.
