Amazing Atlanta location! Beltline, biking, oh my!

1.5 bedroom/1 bath adorable second floor apartment, in the charming Atlanta neighborhood of Inman Park. It's one block from the coveted Atlanta Beltline, full of shops, restaurants, walking/biking, exploring. The apartment is in a historic home turned quadroplex, with 3 other people living in the building. I'm on the second floor, with an amazing front porch overlooking the tree lined street of Inman Park and the other beautifully historic homes. The kitchen and living room is a spacious open layout. There's a small office, along with the main bedroom and great bathroom. You also have access to the shared fenced-in backyard. I have 2 cats, Crash & Pinky, that will be there to welcome you and keep you company. They do require feedings and cat litter maintenance, but are relatively easy going other than that. I love my apartment and the location is amazing. I know you'll love it too.
