Large flat in residential area

The flat is located in the residential area of Arroios, very close to the Arroios stop on the green metro line, and in walking distance from Alameda stop on the red metro line (airport line). To get to the flat, one need to walk up four flights of stairs, as there is no lift. There is a spacious balcony where one can soak up the Lisbon sun in the afternoon. Kitchen and living room are connected, so while one is cooking, the other can be chilling and observing from the sofa. The office room is separated from the living room by a wall, connected by an open archway instead of a door. The office setup consist of hight-adjustable office desk, a stool, two monitors, high-speed broadband.
