Charming apartment in Rio de Janeiro

This is a comfortable 75 m² apartment with plenty of light and a calm, welcoming atmosphere. It has one main suite, a living room with a balcony, and a fully equipped kitchen. The apartment has air conditioning and a great gas-powered shower, perfect after a long day. It’s located in Laranjeiras, a leafy and charming residential neighborhood in Rio de Janeiro. The street is very quiet, slightly away from the main roads, in a small residential building with only 10 apartments, which makes it peaceful and discreet. The apartment is about an 8-minute walk up a gentle hill, and around 8–12 minutes on foot to the nearest supermarket. On Saturdays, a traditional street market takes over General Glicério, with live chorinho music and fresh produce, a lovely local experience. The location also offers easy access to nearby neighborhoods and local markets. The apartment has two bedrooms; however, the smaller one, which I use as a home office, will remain closed during the exchange to store some personal items. This helps keep the rest of the apartment more open and comfortable, with extra closet space available for guests.
