Beautiful homy appartment in London

Our home is a bright and cozy split-level apartment in Clapton, Hackney, set over two levels connected by a few steps. The living area has hardwood floors, high ceilings, and large windows that bring in plenty of natural light. There’s a comfortable living room with a brick fireplace, an open kitchen, and a dining space that looks out onto a quiet, tree-lined street. There’s a spacious bedroom and a calm office/TV room/guest bedroom (inflatable 2 persons mattress if needed) overlooking gardens. The apartment is filled with light throughout the day. The kitchen has everything needed to cook. No animals are allowed. We have a little cat, Lena, who likes to sleep and goes outside, she has an automatic feeder and is independent, but would be happy to have some company and her litter cleaned when visitors come. We’re a very short walk from 2 different Overground stations and only a few stops from central London. The neighborhood is lively and creative, full of small cafés, independent shops, and some of the coziest pubs in East London, yet our street itself is very quiet. No smoking inside and please be mindful of noise in the evenings.
