New furnished apartment in a new building on the second floor. It contains one bedroom and a living room. There is a sofa bed in the living room. It also has a piano :) Since I'm a developer, I have two monitors that are free to use. A parking space in the garage is available.
It is a 7-minute walk to the tram and bus station. The city center is a 30 minute tram ride away. If you are by car, you will arrive in about 15 minutes. Taxi cost about 10€. There are three shopping centers nearby. Mini market right across the building. The building has 8 floors. Quiet neighborhood.
