Cosy home in heart of Berlin

Our home is a spacious 104 m² Altbau apartment with high ceilings and beautiful wooden floors, located on the ground floor. It features a bathroom and a guest toilet. There are two bedrooms, one of which I’ve turned into my home studio. The studio has a loft bed, perfect for sleeping if needed. In the living room, there’s also a comfortable sofa bed, and from the main bedroom, you can access a lovely garden and terrace — an ideal spot to relax. The apartment is centrally located in Berlin, just 10 minutes from Berlin Central Station, making it very convenient to reach from the airport. Despite being so central, our street is quiet, with charming cafés, restaurants, and a beautiful park nearby. You’ll also find Vabali Spa, Berlin’s most famous wellness retreat, just around the corner. Depending on our travel schedule, we may ask you to feed and care for our cat during your stay. He’s the sweetest and calmest cat I’ve ever had — a little shy at first, but once he gets to know you, he’ll become your affectionate cuddle buddy.
