4/3 in downtown Bonita springs

House is a total of four bedrooms and three bathrooms located less than a mile from Downtown Bonita Springs, Sugar Shack, Chartreuse cocktail lounge, Ceremony Brewing, Sauna House, Riverside Park, and the Imperial River Kayak Launch. The fourth bedroom is an attached mother in law suite with a private kitchen and bathroom with a king bed. There is a king bed and private bathroom in the master as well and two additional bedrooms. One of the bedrooms has a Murphy bed so we have this room usually set up as a home office with the option to use the Murphy bed for guests. The other bedroom has a queen bed and also doubles as an office. There are standing desks in both offices. The property is a short drive or bike ride to Bonita Beach. We also have a kayak and a paddle board that you are free to use.
