Spacious old building 2-room apartment in Neukolln

A beautiful, top-floor apartment located between Boddinstrasse (U8) and Rathaus Neukölln (U7) stations. The apartment features a well-equipped kitchen, bathroom, living room, bedroom, and balcony. It is filled with books, art, and plants. We have spent time making it cozy and inviting. The apartment is within walking distance of some of Neukölln's most beautiful areas: Schillerkiez, Reuterkiez, Hasenheide, Maybachufer, and much more. With bars, green spaces, restaurants, and local art galleries right on your doorstep, it's an ideal base for exploring the area and enjoying Berlin's vibrant art scene. The flat walls face the courtyard, so despite being on a busy street, the noise is minimal. There is a sofa bed and a double bed, so it can sleep up to three people. As it is an older building, we kindly ask you to respect the neighbors by not having any other parties staying in the apartment. We're happy to give recommendations on what to do in the local area when visiting from outside Berlin!
