Cozy home in Berlin

My flat consists of a bedroom, big living room, bathroom and kitchen. The bedroom had a cozy fairytale bed, the living room has huge windows, which let in a lot of sunlight and is equipped with two tables (one for eating and for for remote work with an extra screen) + a lot of plants. The kitchen is rather small, but has everything you need; oven, stove, microwave, fridge & tiny freezer. The bathroom includes a shower and a bathtub, as well as a washing machine and dryer. My flat is located in the beautiful Wilmersdorf, close to the U3 and the U9 metro lines and a 20min walk to the closes Sbahn station. There are many cute cafes and restaurants in walking distance (happy to provide some recommendations :)). Many different supermarkets (organic, Asian, drug stores) are close by, where you can get everything you need. Also, the KuDamm, a big shopping street, is within walking distance. Same goes for a lake with free entry, called Halesee, lovely for warmer days. My flat is a non-smoking place and I will not do any exceptions to this. Sadly, pets are also not allowed (not my decision, I love them, but my landlord is against them).
