My house is nice and bright, in the heart of Charlottenburg district. 2 min walking to m45 bus that takes you to both Schloss Charlottenburg and Zoological Garden in less than 10 minutes! 7 minutes walking to U2 line(Deutsche Oper Station). The location is extremely convenient with shops, farmer markets and various attractions 🌟 The apartment is for 1 person, has a washing machine and a painting inside. The building also offers gym, rooftop terrace, laundry and coffee machine right inside the building! I’m looking forward for the requests to swap for a limited amount of time(the time can be little longer per request)
