Unique house with botanical garden, pool and views

Welcome to our unique home in Xàtiva, the perfect spot to relax and enjoy the beauty of Spanish nature with big cities nearby! Our place is made up of a few different spaces: The main house: Downstairs there’s an open kitchen connected to the living room, which looks out over the porch and pool. There’s also a cozy bedroom with a big double bed and a separate bathroom. Studio (first floor): Accessible via exterior stairs, this bright studio includes a comfortable double bed, bathroom, kitchen, and a private terrace. The Atelier: Right next to the house you’ll find our favorite creative space. It’s a mix of living and working, with a sofa, TV, dining table, and two proper work desks (with monitors and chairs). It's perfect if you need to do a bit of work while you’re here. From the garden and the Atelier you can enjoy stunning views of the old Xàtiva Castle. it’s especially magical at night when it’s all lit up. You’ll have the whole garden to yourself, with fruit trees, lots of green corners to relax in and of course the pool. The garden is fully fenced, so if you bring a dog, they can run around freely and safely. The area is amazing if you love being outdoors. There are plenty of hiking and cycling trails that take you through forests, mountains, and charming villages. Whether you’re here to work in a beautiful setting or simply to relax by the pool with a book, it’s a great place to slow down and enjoy. And when you want a bit more buzz, Xàtiva’s city center is just a 20-minute walk or a 5-minute drive away.
