Super bright one-room apartment with a large kitchen and very comfortable bed. It is a very open space, meaning that living-sleeping room can be accessed two ways: by the kitchen and the hallway. There are no doors to the kitchen, living-sleeping area or bathroom, but this makes the whole charme of the apartment. The bathroom is small but the shower is big, new and with glass windows. The toilet is separate and yes, it has a door :) Cool view from the kitchen to the towers of Wiener Berg city. Washing machine in the apartment and space to park your bike in the courtyard. Good internet included (good for Zoom calls for those doing home office). Perfect location for bikers (20 min. to Stephansplatz, 15 minutes to 7th district). Lots of public transport options: two buses, one directly in front of the house, two metro stations Längenfeldgasse U4 and Gumpendorferstrasße U6 within 7min walking distance. Schönbrunn Palace 20 min via bus, Westabhnhof only 15 min walking and Hauptbahnhof 20min via tram. 3 different supermarkets within 2-5 min. walking distance, nice park 15 min. via bus. Bars and restaurants super close in the 7th district only 15-20 minutes away with public transport. No smoking allowed please :)
