Because my Italian friend and I would like to stay in Berlin a bit longer, I am looking for someone who would like to do a home swap with my ground-floor apartment in The Hague. Fully furnished, for a period to be discussed.
It is a spacious 72m² apartment with a sunny little garden, located in the lively Regentessekwartier. It has one bedroom, a bathroom, a large living room/kitchen, and a separate toilet.
I am looking for an apartment with a bedroom in roughly the same price range (not more expensive), in the neighborhoods of Neukölln, Friedrichshain, Prenzlauer Berg, or Kreuzberg.
