Bright and comfortable studio located in the 11th arrondissement of Paris, on rue de la Folie Méricourt. The apartment is a 5 minute walk from République, right next to Canal Saint Martin, and close to Oberkampf, with cafés, restaurants, and shops all around.
The studio is on the 6th floor without an elevator, in a calm street, with a very nice open view. It is compact but very well laid out and easy to live in.
It includes one main room with a bed and a desk, two windows with good natural light, a small fully equipped kitchen at the entrance, and a bathroom with shower. Wifi included. The apartment is in very good condition, almost brand new, clean and comfortable.
Ideal for one person looking to enjoy Paris in a central but peaceful area.
I am looking to swap with an apartment in Madrid from early or mid January until March, dates are flexible.
