Lovely home close to lake Starnberg

We have a lovely family home in Feldafing in Lake Starnberg and with a direct train connection into the heart of Munich (40 minutes). Feldafing ist a quiet town, surrounded by nature with a supermarket, pharmacy, florist, 2 bakeries, a tennis club, restaurants. The lake is great for swimming and SUP boarding. Forests behind the house are great for walking. In winter, we are an hour's drive from Garmisch Ski Resort. Roseninsel (Rose covered island on the lake) invites you to take relaxing walks and visit cultural attractions. A historic lido offers an enchanting bathing backdrop and a cosy restaurant open all year round. The village itself has many little surprises in store, while the surrounding area offers a wealth of sights, cultural experiences and leisure activities. The S-Bahn to Munich is a 10-minute walk away (700m). The Bavarian capital Munich is 40 minutes away by car or train (day ticket is 12 euros for adults, 3.70 euros for 14 years old and under), the famous Benedictine monastery of Andechs is 15 minutes away and the skiing and hiking area of Garmisch is 60 minutes away. Children welcome. Pets on agreement. We have one well behaved dog ourselves.
