I am flexible regarding the start date and duration of a home exchange, which should be between 6 and 12 months. The balcony faces south-southwest (sun at noon) and has a table with two chairs. The kitchen is fully equipped, and everything can be shared. There is also a washing machine that can be used. The bedroom has a 180x220 cm box spring bed with blankets and accessories, and a large wardrobe with two sliding doors and a large chest of drawers are also available for use. The living room has a dining table for 4 people including chairs, a chest of drawers, a display cabinet, and a bookcase, as well as a recamier sofa and a hanging chair for relaxing. The bathroom has a bathtub that can also be used as a shower, a toilet, and a sink with a mirror shelf for storage. In addition to the hallway, which offers a shoe cabinet and a coat rack, there is a small storage room with a vacuum cleaner, shelves, and cleaning utensils.
