Our cozy home is enjoyable in every season. It features a large sunroom and a spacious, sunny backyard with a heated in-ground pool. The neighborhood is quiet, safe, and friendly. We have private parking for up to three cars, a single garage, and alley access through the yard. Several parks are within walking distance, and the metro is nearby, making it easy to explore the city. You also have quick access to bike paths, grocery stores, bakeries, and restaurants. The highway is close for easy trips around the province. We are a couple with two boys, ages 12 and 6. We would love to hear from you — feel free to write to us!
