Spacious Country house + Ocean Views

Cedar Park is a 5 acre residence sitting in the ranges behind the Glass House Mountains on the Sunshine Coast. It has sweeping views if the coastline from Caloundra to Brisbane. Located in sub-tropical Queensland it has a perfect climate in both Summer and Winter. The closest town is Dayboro which has fuel, Bakery, Cafe's, Pub, Hardware, Butcher and Supermarket; all the things you need to survive in comfort. This place has been our home for 40 years and is the most peaceful place to live, work, and bring up a family. We love it, and I think you will too. The house has 4 spacious double rooms, 4 bathrooms, a huge deck for dining, entertaining or just enjoying the view, and you really can't see any neighbours. It has fully ducted airconditioned but there is also a lovely fireplace. Wifi and broadband is good and we have full streaming services. Even though we can't see our neighbours, the cold dense air makes noise travel like you wouldn't believe, so we don't want any noisy gatherings to disturb anyone or anything. Brisbane International and domestic airports are a 60 minute drive by Cab or Limo or there is an Air Train from Petrie, 20 minutes by car.
