ABOUT THE ROOM & APARTMENT:
Guests stay in a private en-suite bedroom with its own bathroom, ideal for both short stays and remote work, with a dedicated desk, large external monitor, and fast, stable Wi-Fi.
The apartment offers a bright, spacious living room with a home-theatre setup, comfortable sofas, and lush plants, as well as a fully equipped kitchen with everything from daily essentials to small appliances (pressure cooker, rice cooker, sandwich grill, air fryer).
You will share the apartment with one friendly, easy-going Taiwanese student who speaks fluent English. Thanks to the large size of the apartment (120 m²+) and the well-separated bedroom areas, privacy and comfort are guaranteed.

Right around the corner, you’ll find multiple supermarkets such as Mercadona, Ametller Origen, and Condis, as well as the fresh local market Mercat de la Concepció, perfect for sourcing quality ingredients and cooking at home.
The neighborhood is also known for its excellent food scene, offering a wide variety of restaurants and cuisines for every taste.
