We live in the beautiful Condesa neighborhood, steps away from tree-lined Amsterdam Avenue. Our townhome was designed by architect Luiz Sanchez Renero, and every detail is intentional. On the bottom floor, you'll find the entryway with floor to ceiling windows, living room and dining room with original wood floors, and kitchen ready to use. There's also a laundry room area with washer and dryer. Upstairs are three bedrooms: one that could be used as an office, with a desk and twin bed, one children's bedroom with two twin beds, and one master with a king bed. Two bedrooms have their own bathrooms. Finally, there is a rooftop terrace with a garden, grill and outside seating.
