Our bright, well-kept one-bedroom flat is ideal for a single person or couple looking for a comfortable, well-connected London base for around four weeks this April (can be flexible on dates). The space - Quiet bedroom with queen-size bed and unit that can be used as a desk if needed - Cosy living room with large TV, desk for WFH and comfortable double sofa bed for occasional guests - Modern, clean bathroom with shower over bath - Fully equipped kitchen-diner with bi-fold kitchen doors opening onto the outdoor space - Private outdoor space with table and chairs, canopy, BBQ and loveseat Location - Located in Wood Street, Walthamstow which has a lovely community feel - Lots of cute independent bakeries and coffee shops - Great pubs and places to eat - Access to green spaces including Epping Forest - Well connected: 20-minute overground to Liverpool Street and access to the Victoria line at Walthamstow Central (approx. 20-minute walk away) Swap preferences We’re ideally looking to swap with a flat in Amsterdam, ideally one bedroom in a well-connected area. Flexible on dates in April and open to both simultaneous and points-based swaps.
