This is my home in central Barcelona, where I normally live and work remotely. I’m someone who enjoys changing places for a month or so, and I love sharing my space with people who do the same. The apartment is fully renovated, indoor (no balcony), quiet, and very comfortable for working from home. It’s located near Arc de Triomf (5 min walk), Sagrada Familia (10 min), and you can walk to Passeig de Gràcia or Plaça Catalunya in 10–15 minutes. I’m currently looking to spend some time near the beach or in a calm place, but I’m flexible — what matters most is exchanging homes with someone who treats spaces with care and enjoys living, not just visiting.
