Bright 3-Room Apartment for Sublet in St. Pauli (possible apartment swap Barcelona ↔ Hamburg) As we’re moving to Barcelona for three months, we’re subletting our lovely apartment in Hamburg. If it works out, we’d also be open to an apartment swap Barcelona ↔ Hamburg. The apartment is 80 sqm and located right in the heart of St. Pauli. It’s bright and very well laid out: spacious open-plan kitchen/living area cozy bedroom large office with two desks (ideal for working from home) There’s also a balcony, two French balconies, and a bathroom with a bathtub. For those who cycle, there’s a shared bike cellar available. The apartment is fully furnished and everything can be used — including a rice cooker and food processor for anyone who enjoys cooking. Before the sublet, we’ll of course remove most of our personal belongings so you (or you all) can feel at home right away.
