My Partner, our Golden Doodle Vika (who does not loose any fur) and I are planning to spend a year in Copenhagen starting in August 2026. As part of out dream scenario we looking for someone in Copenhagen to swap apartments with and in exchange we can offer a spacious maisonette apartment with four rooms including a living room, home office, a guest room and a bedroom. The apartment spans two floors and features three bathrooms. Located in a beautifully renovated former book trade building, fully refurbished in 2015, the property combines historic character with modern comfort. Residents have access to a large landscaped garden with a playground as well as underground parking. The apartment is directly adjacent to three parks, offering plenty of green space while still being very well connected. The city center can be reached in 10 minutes, the nearest supermarket and tram stop are just 3 minutes away, and the airport is a 20-minute drive. A gym is located one minute away. Additional highlights include a balcony, a quiet residential setting, and a friendly neighborhood.
