Welcome to my lovely home on the beautiful Island: Palma de Mallorca, Spain.
A private (shared) pool & gym, walking distance to the best and vibrant bars and restaurants in town, stroll down the harbor to reach the city centre of Palma within 25 minutes, or a short (bus) ride to the beach or mountains with the best hiking routes.
The house has 3 levels. Small from wall to wall, but with 3 levels it offers 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, a balcony, a cozy living room and kitchen. It's a new building, so very modern, and with my own furniture I've made it into a cozy home.
It's a vibrant neighborhood. Cars driving, people walking or having coffee on the terrace across the house.
So yes, there's some noise during the day, but usually nice and quiet at night.
