Swap: Milan ↔️ Berlin
🏡 MY HOME IN BERLIN
Welcome to my cozy apartment in Berlin!
The building itself is a high-rise with many apartments, but as the saying goes, don’t judge a book by its cover. While the exterior may look simple, inside you’ll find a warm, inviting, and secure home filled with light and comfort.
I’m especially interested in swapping my apartment with someone based in Milan, so if you’re looking for a Berlin–Milan home exchange, this could be a perfect match!
✨ THE APARTMENT
This bright and spacious two-room apartment can host 2–3 guests (two people in the comfortable double bed and one on the sofa bed).
It’s ideal for couples, friends, or remote workers. There are two possible workspaces:
a desk in the bedroom and a large dining table in the living room.
You’re also welcome to use my printer, which can be helpful for remote work or longer stays.
One special feature of the apartment is the two separate balcony entrances (one from the living room and one directly from the bedroom, creating a very open and airy feeling).
🛏 BEDROOM
The bedroom offers a comfortable double bed, plenty of storage space, and direct access to the balcony.
Blinds allow you to fully darken the room.
There is also a desk for working, plus a yoga mat and a foam roller available for stretching or back relaxation.
🛋 LIVING AREA
The living room is bright and welcoming, also with direct access to the balcony. The pass-through between kitchen and living area creates an open atmosphere and makes cooking and socializing easy and enjoyable.
You’re welcome to use the PlayStation if you’d like to relax.
The Wi-Fi router is located here, and the connection is fast and reliable. Ideal for remote work or streaming.
🍳 KITCHEN
The kitchen is fully equipped and practical. It includes a stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment, blender, coffee machine, and a water filter.
Of course, you’ll also find dishes, cutlery, cookware, and everything else needed for everyday cooking.
🚿 BATHROOM
The bathroom is clean and functional, with shower, toilet, sink, and a washing machine.
There is enough storage space for your personal items, and cleaning supplies are available if needed.
Directly opposite the bathroom, you’ll find a storage room where additional cleaning supplies can be kept, as well as space for drinks and groceries.
🚊 TRANSPORTATION
The tram stops right in front of the building and takes you directly to Alexanderplatz (30 minutes) in central Berlin.
From S Hohenschönhausen station, it’s about 20 minutes to S Warschauer Straße, one of Berlin’s main nightlife areas.
Buses and the S-Bahn are nearby, making it easy to reach all major areas of the city.
Nature lovers will enjoy Malchower See (about 1 km away), perfect for jogging or relaxing walks. Weißensee can be reached in about 15 minutes by tram.
🏬 LOCAL AREA
The Linden-Center shopping mall is only 400 meters away, offering supermarkets, shops, restaurants, and everything you need for daily life. There is also a indoor public pool 50 meters next to the apartment!
🌿 FINALY
This apartment combines city access with a calm and comfortable atmosphere. You’ll have excellent transport connections, nature nearby, shopping around the corner and a cozy place to truly feel at home after exploring Berlin.
If you’re based in Milan and interested in a home swap, I would love to connect and exchange apartments for a while.
Looking forward to hearing from you!
