Welcome to my cozy little studio just outside the busy center of Prague. It’s a fully furnished 23 m² space with its own garden perfect for morning coffee, reading outside, or just enjoying some quiet time after a day in the city. The studio is simple, comfortable, and practical. There’s a double bed, a private bathroom with a shower, and a kitchen where you can easily cook your own meals. You’ll find an oven, dishwasher, heating for colder days, and fast Wi-Fi. The area is calm and residential, so you can sleep well at night. At the same time, you’re only about 16 minutes by public transport from Prague’s historic center, with easy connections nearby. It’s a great place for one person or a couple looking for a peaceful base while exploring the city. I’m happy to answer any questions and share local tips
