No clutter, just what you need to feel at home. ​It is distributed over two floors: ​Main Bedroom: Features one comfortable double bed (140cm/190). It is simple and cozy, perfect for a restful night's sleep. ​Dedicated Office: A specific workspace for teleworking. It is a quiet spot where you can focus on your projects and manage your emails without any city noise. ​Private Terrace: The highlight of the house. It is the ideal place for a morning coffee or a relaxed dinner. ​Nature & Sports: This location is ideal for nature lovers. We are right next to the Sant Llorenç del Munt i l'Obac Natural Park. If you are planning to go trekking, cycling, or practicing outdoor sports, you are staying in the best possible spot. You can enjoy the fresh air and the mountain trails every single day. ​Transport & Parking: The flat is located 7km from Terrassa. ​Free Public Parking: If you are renting a car, there is free public parking available right in front of the building. (Please note: my private parking space is not included). ​Shuttle Bus: A shuttle bus is running every 30 minutes to the train stations. ​Train to Barcelona: From Terrassa, trains depart every 5 minutes during rush hour and every 15 minutes during the rest of the day. ​While Barcelona is providing excitement, my home offers the silence and nature you need to recharge.
