The building is secure, with an entry code and badge access, followed by a second door before reaching the apartment. The flat is located on the fourth floor and there is no elevator. Neighbors are very calm and respectful. The neighborhood is exceptionally nice and lively. The apartment is just one street away from the Seine River, only about a two-minute walk to the riverbanks. It is ideally situated halfway between Odéon and Jussieu, both vibrant areas with cafés, shops, and cultural spots. Notre-Dame Cathedral is only a five-minute walk away. Several metro lines are easily accessible nearby, including lines 7, 10, and 11. Supermarkets and other everyday conveniences are all within close walking distance. Important home rules: shoes must be removed at the entrance upon arrival. Smoking is strictly prohibited, including at the window.
