Our 1950's corner house is located in a quiet, green area of Rotterdam, just steps away from one of the city’s largest parks—perfect for hiking, running, cycling, or enjoying a drink on a terrace. Multiple lakes are nearby as well, offering easy access to sailing, swimming, and other water activities. The home features a generous ground-floor living area and an upstairs level with four bedrooms and one bathroom. We also have a large dedicated playroom designed for children aged 6 and 8. The house is strictly non-smoking. You will share the home with Percy, our very affectionate and cuddly cat, who stays during the swap. Shops, cafés, restaurants, and bars are only a 15-minute walk away. Rotterdam city center is a 20-minute bike ride, and Rotterdam The Hague Airport is just 12 minutes by car. Public transport connections are excellent: you can reach Rotterdam Central Station in approximately 30 minutes by tram, with direct onward trains to Amsterdam (30 minutes), Antwerp, Brussels, Paris, and London. There is also a fast and convenient public transport link to Schiphol Airport. This home is ideal for families, outdoor lovers, and anyone looking to combine city access with nature and convenience.
