Luxury Apartment in Amsterdam Houthavens - 73m2

My modern 73 m² apartment is located in the beautiful and quiet Houthavens district, just a few minutes from the historic center of Amsterdam and close to the lovely Westerpark. The apartment was designed with great attention to light and atmosphere by a lighting architect, creating a bright, calm and comfortable space. It has two bedrooms and a spacious living area with an open kitchen and large windows that bring in plenty of natural light. From the living room you step onto a balcony overlooking a canal, perfect for morning coffee or an evening drink. On the other side of the apartment there is also a French balcony facing a green park, so the apartment enjoys light and views on both sides. The apartment is modern and very comfortable, with underfloor heating and cooling, a walk-in rain shower, a Quooker boiling-water tap, and fast high-speed internet, making it also ideal if you work remotely. The area is very peaceful with no road directly in front of the building, only water and a park. Despite the quiet surroundings, the city center is only a short bike ride away, and there are many good cafés and restaurants nearby. I also have bikes available, which is one of the best ways to explore Amsterdam. The apartment includes a private parking space, which is quite rare in Amsterdam, and I may be open to sharing my car depending on the situation. Houthavens is one of Amsterdam’s newest and most attractive neighborhoods: modern architecture, water all around, and a relaxed atmosphere while still being close to the city.
