Rice Field Views Villa in Quiet Street With Pool

Hello! Welcome to our humble two-story Balinese style villa, located in Buwit (a little bit north of Canggu). We are located in a very quiet local street, surrounded by rice fields yet only a stone’s throw away from the lively vibrant Canggu, where you can find bars, clubs, stores restaurants, and world-famous beach clubs. The nearest beach is 10 minutes drive as well as Nuanu Creative City. The nearest convenience store is only next door, for water re-fills and refreshments. A four-minute drive to the supermarket and other local grocery shops. No need to know where the nearest laundrette is as we have our own washing machine. Wake up to your private jungle view in the back garden, and look out at the gorgeous panoramic view of rice fields. We have 2 spacious bedrooms, one with an office set-up as I work from home. So you can use the desk, monitor, keyboard and mouse :) The main bedroom has air conditioning, while the second has a fan. Although we have incredible airflow through the building due to high ceilings and fully retractable concertina doors for an indoor/outdoor feel. The downstairs offers an open plan living room-kitchen, fully equipped with a smart TV (you can connect Netflix, etc) air conditioning, a fan and all the cooking amenities needed. It's rare to have an oven in Bali, but we have an air fryer instead. The bathroom is downstairs and has a very spacious bathtub and a big mirror. Everything you need. The garden is very private with no neighbours. The pool maintenance is included once/week and there’s a maiden with hangers to dry your clothes. The front of the house has plenty of space to park a motorbike or even a car. We are happy to rent out our own scooter or helping with a rental. We can also help with hiring cleaners if this is something of interest.
