We live in a ground-floor condo with a small garden, with a private patio and a deck off the sunroom. We live within walking distance of all amenities. The Parksville Community Park and Boardwalk along the oceanfront is only a couple of blocks away. Although we only have one bed (King-size), we could arrange to provide a smaller bed in the spare bedroom. There are lots of opportunities for outdoor recreation in the area. Underground parking is available. We have one well-behaved and friendly cat who needs some care.
