Maomi is the cat. Orange, squeaky, and cuddly. The place itself is amazingly positioned in Three Anchor Bay / Sea Point. The balcony overlooks the Sea Point Promenade and Atlantic Ocean. Across the street is the famous outdoor gym. A short uber takes you to Saunders rock for a dip, though you can walk a few minutes to Graaf's pool for a clean cold plunge. The V&A Waterfront, City Centre, and Clifton are all 5-10min drive. Cycle, walk, or run on the Promenade. It is a large apartment for the area, with a very large balcony. It does get a bit noisy with an intersection nearby, but the sliding doors are all double glazed. There are two nice desks to work at in the lounge. A separate reading room. A large bedroom. In the kitchen is a gas stove, air fryer, nutribullet, and instantpot. Security here is good and there has never been an attempted break-in or any other issue, and the surrounding area is very safe. There is a caretaker on the premises every day. Secured parking is also available. As for Maomi: she has a water fountain, auto-feeder, and doesn't use an indoor cat box. She is pretty low maintenance but appreciates a spoon of wet food in the morning and evening — on the condition that she sits nicely and waits for her head scratch first before eating. She's wonderful and prospective swoppers need to be a little cat crazy, but they don't need to look after her or be here everyday. (She comes and goes as she likes).
