Located in Kitchener this rental apartment complex has a gym, play room with ping pong, pool and foosball tables. Easy and fast access to Toronto and Niagara region highways, stores, restaurants, banks and medical clinic within 5 -10 minutes walking distance. Assigned parking spaces and a 2017 Nissan Qashqai available for guests. We have a very friendly male orange cat, Arnold, purrs like a John Deer tractor, he will keep you company while here. You must feed him and clean the litter daily. Several golf courses, Grand River cruses, historical towns and 3 of the Great Lakes are within 1-2 hours drive. We are clean quiet couple and expect the same, together we enjoy golfing, writing, traveling and good food as I am a retired chef.
