We offer our light-filled apartment in one of Berlin’s most vibrant neighbourhoods - Friedrichshain (Samariterkiez), located in a newly built and well-designed residential building. Despite being surrounded by cafés, restaurants and bars within walking distance, the apartment itself is exceptionally quiet, as all windows face a peaceful inner courtyard. The flat is modern and very well insulated, both for sound and temperature, ensuring a comfortable stay year-round, warm in winter and pleasantly cool in summer. Large east- to south-east-facing windows bring in plenty of natural light throughout the day, especially in the summer months. There is also an open balcony overlooking the courtyard.
