Bright, quiet modern apartment in Friedrichshain

We offer our light-filled apartment in one of Berlin’s most vibrant neighbourhoods - Friedrichshain (Samariterkiez), located in a newly built and well-designed residential building. The apartment is on the 3rd floor (3.OG), and there is an elevator. Despite being surrounded by cafés, restaurants and bars within walking distance, the apartment itself is exceptionally quiet, as all windows face a peaceful inner courtyard. The flat is modern and very well insulated, both for sound and temperature, ensuring a comfortable stay year-round, warm in winter and pleasantly cool in summer. Large east- to south-east-facing windows bring in plenty of natural light throughout the day, especially in the summer months. There is also an open balcony overlooking the courtyard. The apartment offers: - 2 bedrooms and a spacious living room with open kitchen - Comfortable space for 2–3 people (up to 4 possible) - Large bed (180 × 200 cm) - High-quality sofa bed (160 × 200 cm) - 2 bathrooms (one with bathtub, one with shower) - Fully equipped kitchen and all essentials for longer stays - Spacious sunny balcony Everything in the apartment is new, well maintained, and thoughtfully designed. Location & connectivity The apartment is located in a lively yet slightly calmer part of Friedrichshain. You’ll have: U5 subway line nearby (U-Samariterstr.) Easy access to the S-Bahn ring (S+U Frankfurter Allee) Several tram connections (M10, M13, 16, 21) This makes it very easy to reach all parts of Berlin and is ideal for longer stays when you want both convenience and neighbourhood life. Pets & house rules We live here with our calm adopted Doberman, so well-behaved dogs are welcome. That said, we care a lot about maintaining the quality of our flat, so we are looking for guests who are respectful and mindful (especially regarding cleanliness and pet behaviour). The apartment is best suited for adults. We prefer not to host small children.
