Every sunset is yours

Our home is a bright and cozy top-floor apartment, just a 10-minute walk from the central train station. With floor-to-ceiling windows, the space is filled with natural light throughout the day, and in the evenings you can enjoy beautiful sunsets right from the living room or from the large balcony. It’s a home we truly enjoy living in: calm, comfortable, and practical at the same time. There is a dedicated workspace with a height-adjustable desk, which makes it a good option if you need to work during your stay. The building also has a private inner courtyard, adding to the peaceful and tucked-away feeling of the place. The neighborhood is very convenient and pleasant to live in. Two grocery stores are just around the corner, there is a large park nearby, two excellent coffee shops, several bars, and a very good Italian restaurant — everything you might need is within easy walking distance. Although the apartment has three rooms, one of them is a children’s room, and we would prefer to keep it closed during the swap so we can leave some personal belongings there out of the way. Because of that, the apartment is best suited for guests who are happy using the main bedroom and the living room. The sofa in the living room is comfortable enough for sleeping. In the main bedroom, there is a mattress rather than a traditional bed frame, but it is comfortable and has never felt like a problem for us. The bathroom is spacious and includes both a walk-in shower and a separate bathtub. Overall, it’s a lovely home for anyone looking for a comfortable city stay with a warm, lived-in feel.
