Upon entering the apartment, a spacious living room opens up to the right. The living room features a dining table, a TV, cabinets and dressers for storage, plus a bunk bed against one wall. It used to have a balcony, but to expand the space, we enclosed it during the renovation two years ago and incorporated it into the living room. To the left is the kitchen, equipped with a coffee maker, a sandwich maker, a toaster, a refrigerator, a microwave, an oven, four burners, and cabinets for plates, glasses, and cookware. Opposite is the bedroom, which features a huge double bed, a separate TV, and a wardrobe for storage. Next to the bedroom is the bathroom, which includes a shower, toilet, sink, and plenty of space for storing our toiletries. The neighborhood is friendly; the apartment is located in a condominium on the waterfront, with a view of Lake Balaton. Down in the garden, there is a storage shed containing lounge chairs, bicycles, a canoe, a paddleboard, and plenty of water toys, including an inflatable mattress. On the shore, there is also a fire pit suitable for grilling or roasting. You can go biking anywhere, and there’s a huge market in the area with many restaurants, an ice cream shop, and an amusement park. There’s also a pedal boat rental, and although the accommodation is on the waterfront, the nearby beach offers water slides and a swimming pool. The nearest grocery shop is a 10-minute bike ride or a 4-minute drive away. We provide a free private parking space for your personal vehicle. Children are welcome; in fact, we’re especially happy to have them. Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment or in the garden, and unfortunately, we cannot accommodate pets.
