One bedroom, one bath apartment with fully equipped kitchen and balcony. The building has a gym and a pool, and a spot to park a car. Very centrally located; nearly anywhere in Miami is a 15 min drive away. If you do not have a car, you can walk to the hub of little havana in ten minutes, take the free trolley to brickell, and bus/metro/free trolley transfer from there to downtown, vizcaya, key biscayne, coral gables, coconut grove, and south miami. With a bike, you can reach all of these places in twenty minutes. Miami beach is a twelve min drive away, and key biscayne is an 8 min dr. Must be responsible and a cat lover, to care for our two lovely cats: Mingau and Catalina.
