Vacation home in Torrevieja

Hi there! I'm offering my spacious vacation home in a calm neighborhood in Punta Prima (Torrevieja / Orihuela Costa), just minutes from a Blue Flag beach and scenic promenade. The area offers a perfect mix of relaxed seaside living and easy access to shops, restaurants, and nightlife. My home is located on the ground floor with 3 rooms and 2 entrances. One directly from the parking(no need to carry groceries upstairs), and one from the pool. Likewise, the main bedroom window faces the pool, while the other two the parking lot. Worth mentioning currently the AC is only in the living room, but I will make sure there's an AC in the main room and one additional room for the summer. I also want to add a dishwasher but that's still to be confirmed. The place is close to the beach (500m) and even closer (around 100m) to a variety of international restaurants around the area. This area is for calm vacationing, beach walks and walks around the different lakes nearby enjoying the nature and the city activities in Torrevieja. 10 minutes by car or 20 by bike or electrical scooter (I have both to offer) to Torrevieja city. Taxi costs 10 euros in case you feel like going to a party there too :) there are also 3 different malls, all relatively close (max 20min by electrical scooter) in both directions of the street. I would like to swap with someone that lives in a "cold" during summer city. Preferrably in Western/Central Europe, for a longer stay, but open to other new places and shorter stays too :) I like to slowly enjoy the new city without a rush, getting to visit some nearby cities and friends by night train and make new friends as well :)
