Charming pre-war large one bedroom

Hi! *Presently only looking for swaps for the entirety of the month of June! 😊* Give or take a couple of days I am interested in swapping my large one bedroom in the heart of Brooklyn right beside Prospect Park (3 minute walk!). It is half a block from the train (the b/q that takes you into Manhattan in 15 minutes) and an amazing grocery store- however there are amazing restaurants in the neighborhood. My apartment is fully equipped for anything you may need for cooking or living. I have been in this space for over 3 years and have truly made it my home! It is on the 6th floor of a pre-war elevator building with a live in super. I also spend nearly every night on my rooftop (unfinished, but a rooftop nonetheless). Prospect Lefferts Gardens is a classic neighborhood filled with culture and families. There are beautiful homes and brownstones and I love walking around all of the tree and flower lined streets! Less than 10 minutes walking to the Brooklyn Botanic Garden, famous Purslane Boat House, Brooklyn Zoo, Brooklyn Museum, and so many More :) I am happy to give neighborhood recs for all of my favorites.
