Mezzanine studio in central Seoul

This is a mezzanine studio in Sinchon, Seoul- a very central area. Sinchon is a vibrant area with many universities (Yonsei, Sogang, and Ewha), so you can easily find cool restaurants and coffee shops. Also, 30-minute walk/5-minute bus or metro to Hongdae, where you can enjoy KPOP and night culture. The apartment is located on the very top floor. It is bright with large windows and a high ceiling (uncommon for an apartment in Seoul). There is a convenience store in the same building, and many restaurants and cafes are right next to the apartment. I will give you a list of cute cafes suitable for working at. Plus, there is a concierge on the ground floor. If you love hiking, there is a local, small mountain called ‘An-san’ which takes 1hr 30minutes to walk up.
