Hillside House with Harbour View

House on the hill with views of Hutt river, Wellington harbour, and Somes Island. Surrounded by trees and vegetation. The house is 2-storey. No accessible wheelchair access, sorry. There are stairs going into the house. Ground floor (the main access to the house) has a fully equipped kitchen and 2 separate lounges. The main lounge has a closed log burner and an old TV (no channel is connected - you need a laptop or a mobile phone that connects to the speaker bar via bluetooth or HDMI cable). There is a work table with external monitor near one of the lounge. Bedrooms, the toilets, and bathrooms are all downstairs. 3 bedrooms: 1. Master bedroom with super king-sized bed (180x200cm) and ensuite shower/toilet. 2. Second bedroom with 2 long-single beds (90x200cm), joined side-by-side. 3. Third bedroom with 1 king-single bed (100x200cm). There is a family bathroom with shower, bathtub, and a separate toilet. Rules: no outside shoes/sandal on the carpet, please. Keep it clean and tidy as you found it. Put compost bin outside before you leave.
