Charming home close to Paris with terrace, piano..

House located in Bagnolet, 500m of Paris. On the line 3 of the parisian metro, at 20’ of Paris’ center. You can find rest to my home after a crazy day (or night !;) in Paris. The place is very quiet and we have a Green Park at 150m, a swimming pool in Bagnolet, and in Paris too of course very near, a Basic Feet place for sports in the center of the village. One market on sunday morning… all food shops at 5’ by feet, post office, banks, pharmacie, health center, … all you need so close to my home by feet. The line 3 of métro crosses paris from east to north… very useful. I can let a bicycle. I have a nice and kind cat to feed. But she is indépendant and can sleep outside … and runs on the roofs.;) The only rules are to always let the door closed by keys Even when you are in, and to keep it clean when you go. My neighboors are very nice people if you need something. For other things i forgot to say here, feel free to ask. ;) We are moi King for an exchange with Brighton or Hove for 1/08 to 15/08/2026 with my family.
