Welcome to our home! We work from home frequently and care deeply about our space. We want you to feel comfortable and at home here as well, and we kindly ask that you treat the apartment with care and respect. Please also be mindful of our neighbours, especially regarding noise outside — no parties or loud noise on the balcony late at night. Location The apartment is located on the handmade island of IJburg, directly on the Bert Haanstrakade, with uninterrupted views over the lake and the beautiful waterfront boulevard. The boulevard leads all the way to Strand IJburg (the local beach) and the harbour area with many bars and restaurants — about a 15-minute walk or a 5-minute bike ride away. Within 5 minutes walk, you’ll find the central area of IJburg with two supermarkets (including Albert Heijn, cafés such as Bagels & Beans pharmacies, restaurants (Chinese, Indonesian, Uyghurian, Fastfood, Italian,,,) butcher, bakery, gym, and more. Tram 26 also departs nearby and takes you directly to Amsterdam Centraal in the heart of Amsterdam in just 7 stops. Rooms: Two bedrooms One bedroom with a double bed A second bedroom with two single beds in a bunk-bed setup, which can also be converted into one large bed Parking: If you are arriving by car, we can arrange free parking in the garage underneath the building but please let us know beforehand.
