Nice and cozy apartment close to Montreal

My place is large 88m² apartment with one separate bedroom (with king size bed yehaw!) and an office. I have access to a lovely backyard that I share with my two very friendly neighbours. I also have a private balcony that looks on the very intimate yard where we have beautiful and mature trees. You would have access to my bicycle and possibly even my car. The apartment is located in Saint-Lambert, a charming town on the other side of the Jacques-Cartier bridge that connects to Montreal. Saint-Lambert is very pretty, walkable and quiet place. We have a lot of big trees, parks and bike lanes. You can be in Montreal in 25 minutes by public transportation, the bus stop is in front of my place but you can also walk to the subway, it's 20minutes. I have a parking spot right in front. Montreal offers many interesting music festivals, and the city is incredibly vibrant in the summer. The apartment is ideally located for someone who wants to work from home and enjoy the city without being constantly in the hustle and bustle. It truly is the best of both worlds!
