The flat is located in the first floor of a quiet house in a quiet neighborhood with the view into a quiet courtyard with some trees. In the streets, there is an Indian restaurant and an Asian restaurant that are really super good and have many many vegan options, supermarkets clothing, stores, buses, and the s bahn are close by. U bahn/metro is a little bit far and you would need to take a bus or a bike to go there. The apartment is an old flat with wooden floors, high ceilings, balcony, a kitchen and a bathroom with shower in the bathtub. The two rooms are on the extremities of the apartment with the kitchen and the bathroom in between so in each room you can have your privacy. You hear the neighbors that are living in the flats close to the apartment but it’s mostly families or couples or singles so don’t worry about the noise. The kitchen is equipped. The furniture of the apartment is quite minimalistic.
